Where does the data come from?
State Secretary of State public filings, refreshed within 24 hours. Contact info enriched via our data partners (Apollo, Hunter). Everything's legal — it's public record.
How many leads per day?
Depends on the state. Ohio averages ~35/day, Texas ~180/day, Delaware ~900/day (lots of shell companies — we filter those). You get raw count + filtered by inferred industry.
Is this legal to use for outreach?
Yes for emails that follow CAN-SPAM (sender ID, physical address, unsub link). Phone calls need TCPA compliance — use our data for email and LinkedIn first, call with care. We include our compliance notes in the welcome pack.
How does exclusivity work?
Per state, we cap subscribers. Max 3 subscribers can see Ohio data, for example. Once a state fills, new signups join a waitlist or pick another state. Premium tier gets exclusive-single-buyer access.
Can I cancel?
