Where does the data come from?
State Secretary of State public filings, refreshed within 24 hours. Contact info enriched via our data partners (Apollo, Hunter). Everything is legal — it's public record.
How many leads per day?
Depends on the state. Ohio averages ~35/day, Texas ~180/day, Delaware ~900/day (lots of shell companies, which we filter out). You get raw count + filtered by inferred industry.
Is this legal for outreach?
Yes for emails that follow CAN-SPAM (sender ID, physical address, unsub link). Phone calls need TCPA compliance. Use our data for email and LinkedIn first, call with care. We include compliance notes in the welcome pack.
How does exclusivity work?
Per state, we cap subscribers. Max 3 subscribers can see Ohio data, for example. Once a state fills, new signups join a waitlist or pick another state.
